With L’heure d’été, Marc Lavoine's distinctly deep, husky and sensual voice comes to the fore in tracks such as 'Je me sens si seul': a fantastic French classic pop song, 'Toi mon amour', 'La mélancolie', 'Tous les jours', 'Les Papillons' and the beautiful duet with Quynh Anh, 'J’espère'.

I'm going to go out on a bit of a limb here and say that I'm so glad I own a copy of this album. 'L’heure d’été' is simply great music in any language.
